I have a proven track record in providing IT
support services to many well known and highly regarded businesses in
the Baton Rouge area both from my background working as a Systems
Engineer directly for large corporate businesses over the past 10 years
as well as from the standpoint of the owner of a computer repair and IT
services business is Gonzales, LA.
I founded a a retail store
for computer sales, repairs and services in early 2006 and grew the
business over the following four years. This company, Divtex, LLC, was
focused mainly on business and residential break /fix repairs. At the
end of 2009 I closed Divtex, LLC so that I could focus on bringing my
personal experience as an accomplished Systems Engineer and business
person to small businesses in the area as an independent consultant and
support specialist. I wanted to have the freedom to build closer long
term relationships with clients that just was not possible in the
hectic world of retail computer sales and repairs--especially when my
employees would be doing a good part of the technical work while I was
running the business.

Today, with two contract
based support plans that are very affordable to even the
smallest of businesses, I focus my time and energy on improving my
clients' computer and network infrastructures and making their life
easier and the cost of electronic communications and computing more
affordable. Whether you have one computer or twenty, I have a support
plan that can accommodate your needs and actually improve your computer
support experience. My plans allow all of this while reducing your
overall IT support expenditures.
My current yearly support plan offerings start at as low as only $30 per month for simple networks. When you sign up for one of my support plans you pay significantly less per hour for services than the current market rates of $95 per hour.
